In our experience, we have seen how children who join professional sports clubs excel in their sport. Joining a club appears to have just as much value - if not, more - as being a team member of a school sport.

Many learners find it difficult to concentrate and achieve in a large-class environment, so they tend to become more outspoken and self-assured once they have spent time learning and being sociable in a smaller class.
The above comments are most certainly not to say that the larger schools are less concerned about their learners! Benoni has good government schools with excellent teachers. It's simply an acknowledgement that some children perform better, and therefore gain more confidence, in a smaller-school set-up :)
